What Is Pollution Control Equipment?
Pollution control equipment — including bag filters, bag houses, Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs), and cyclones — are essential systems for capturing particulate matter and controlling industrial emissions. As regulatory standards for air quality become increasingly stringent globally and under India’s CPCB norms, industries must deploy reliable, high-efficiency dust collection systems to protect both the environment and plant personnel.
Bag filters and bag houses use woven or felted fabric filter media to capture fine dust particles from gas streams. Dusty gases pass through the filter bags, depositing particles on the fabric surface, while clean gas exits through the outlet. Periodic pulse-jet cleaning automatically dislodges accumulated dust into collection hoppers for disposal or recovery. Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) use high-voltage electrodes to impart an electrostatic charge to dust particles, which are then attracted to and collected on grounded plates — enabling very high gas volumes to be processed with minimal pressure drop.
Cyclone separators use centrifugal force to separate coarse and heavy particles from gas streams before downstream fine filtration, extending the life of bag filters and ESPs and reducing overall system maintenance. Together, these technologies form a complete, multi-stage pollution control solution capable of achieving particulate emission levels below 10 mg/Nm³ — well within international and CPCB standards.
We specialize in designing and supplying complete pollution control systems — from initial emissions assessment and engineering to equipment supply and commissioning. Our experienced team ensures optimal filtration efficiency, regulatory compliance, and reliable long-term performance.

Best For
High dust loads from kilns, coolers, and mills require robust bag houses and ESPs. Our systems deliver consistent compliance with CPCB emission limits while handling abrasive cement dust efficiently.
Steel making generates fine metallic dust and fumes. Our high-temperature bag filters and ESPs capture hazardous particulates from EAF, induction furnaces, and casting processes reliably.
Fly ash from coal combustion requires high-efficiency ESPs and bag filters. Our systems achieve >99.9% collection efficiency and comply with MoEFCC emission standards for power plants.
Fine chemical powders and reactive dust require specialized filtration. Our bag filters use PTFE-coated or membrane filter media to handle hygroscopic, corrosive, and toxic dust safely.
